When coming to the studio for open training, please make sure that you have the right clothes and remove all jewerly when practising on our silks.
Wearing sharp jewerly may cause holes in our silks which makes them useless, and also dangerous if not discovered.

What's hangning in the ceiling when you enter the room is what should be hanging when you exit the room. If you change from hoop to silk (or vice versa) make sure to change back.

Put matts and other equipment where you found it, if you get something from another room, return it there.
