EXOTIC POLE DANCE  WORKSHOP
90-minute workshop include: 
30- minute – dynamic warm-up 
20-minute – learn elements which include exotic pole combo 
40- minute - learn exotic pole combo focused on music
 
This workshop includes new elements such as amplitude spins and tricks, dynamic transitions, floor work. The Exotic Pole Dance moves are more focused on music, interpretation of the song and creative choreography.

BALANCE WORKSHOP
Balance Workshop and basic acrobatics is appropriate for everyone! 

In this 90-minute workshop we will learn preliminary exercise, transfer of weight for the handstand variations, handstand on shoulders, elbow stands. We will do a lot of exercises which helps to get into handstand with a pole and without pole.

All those things will help you knowing that you can work safely and progress!

Anzhelika Korelova is professional Pole Dance and Exotic Pole Dance teacher, winner and finalist of numerous pole competitions.

Anzhelika is the co-owner of the dancing school « LOS ANGELES» in Minsk, The Republic of Belarus.

She has 10 year’s experience like a performer.
She has 6 year’s experience like a instructor.
Specializes in Russian Exotic style, Strip Plastique & Floorwork.

Viktor Artyomov athlete with more than 30 years experience in sport and 5 years of pole. Engaged in sports gymnastics from 8 years old and Thai boxing since 6 years old. He has devoted his life to artistic activities for more than 15 years.

Dancer, Acrobat, gymnast.

Winner of domestic and international championships, finalist championship Belarus men's physics (2015). Instructor, trainer and coach, he feels his results is powering!
