DESCRIPTION
We start with basic Turning, Rolling, Posing, transitions & do Tricks in different Positions, Inversions & choreographed Sequences.
We start with basic techniques & Tricks, Inversions & choreographed Sequences. We start with Mobility, Strength & exercises that improve your Fitness.
Learn the basics in a safe, judgment-free environment. This "elegant workout" builds confidence, increases strength and improves mobility. It might become your new favorite activity!
Familiarize yourself with different ways to climb the silks, inversions & mid-air footlock skills, basic drops & more. Focus on developing clean technique, strength & smooth movement patterns.
Brief history of Burlesque, making tassles, practicing walking & dancing in heels, basic steps like Bumps, Grinds & Shimmies, & try to put the Tease in the word Striptease, & Tasseltwirling!
We use the chairs to learn different Skills, Combinations & dances. We start with basic Techniques & long Choreographed Sequences.

We build on the strength you gained in the beginner course & do more choreographed
Sequences & increase your artistic skills.

It's official, aerials have become your thing and you're ready to take it to the next level, a high five for that!
We work with Floor Work, more with Striptease & talk about Stage Presence, Face etc. We will work a little on doing exercises in front of each other.
We work with boa & stockings! We continue to work on stage expression & presence. We also go through stage makeup.
Slightly faster choreography. Energizing & suitably sweaty Dance class with elements of Feminine Vibe & Commercial Jazz.
We work with Inverts & heavier Tricks e.g. Hand Spring, Shoulder Mount & Iron X, & dynamic spins. Strength exercises with & without pole. Basic handstand / Headstand techniques from the ground up, climbing & spins.
Pole that mixes gymnastic elements & sensual Floor Work in fast, tough Choreographies. We practice putting together different Flows & Choreographies while you build strength & flexibility.
We build on from Basic & you get to develop your Dance Flow, Floor Work & learn more difficult Tricks & Combos.
More Intermediate Sequences around the Pole, including Hand Stands. All done the old school way. Strengthening exercises to make different grips look easy, & choreography is taught.
We train on Inside Leg Hang, Pike, Cupid & Superman (from floor).
We train on Air Invert, Back Support Tuck, Mini Hip Hold, Jamilla V & Shoulder Mount.
We go through different Heels Techniques, Flow & Floor Work, & combine technical elements into danceable Combos. We put these moves together into a lovely choreography with Attitude, Femininity & Hair Flicks.
We start practicing Inverting (Hang up & down), longer & more complicated choreographies & challenge ourselves in new versions of Front & Back Rolls.
We focus on more difficult Tricks & longer Sequences, details, Flow & Seamless Transaction.
We practice Spins & Combinations with the Spinny Pole.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
You should have started inverting from the floor & feel confident with the basic techniques, & be comfortable upside down. You should go Aerial Hoop Basic before.
We recommend that you attend the beginner level for at least two 8-week periods or have equivalent experience before intermediate. Your instructor will inform you when you are ready to take that step.
The course is also open to new students in Burlesk.
You must have taken Burlesk Level 1, or have equivalent knowledge from other burlesque courses.
Previous experience with Dance Choreography makes it easier.
You must have completed Pole Level 2 or Cross Pole Basic. Be able to Invert from the floor & feel confident in various climbing techniques, & be comfortable upside down.
You should have trained HardCore before & feel comfortable with: Handstand / Headstand against wall, Somersaults back & front, Shoulder Stand against pole, Pirouettes / Passengers, & simple Inversion on pole (approx. Pole level 1-2).
You should feel completely confident with Pirouettes & Passengers, basic Floor Work & simpler spins like Back Hook, Front Hook, Chair Spin & Fireman. You must have attended Miami Club Heels Basic before with us, or similar.
You need to be comfortable with Climbing, Inversion, outside / inside Leg Hang & Butterfly.
You need to have completed Pole Level 1-2 & feel confident in both sides of: Invert, Outside Leg Hang, Upside Down Crusifix, Chair Spin, Pole Sit Split & Cross Knee Release.
You need to have completed Pole Level 1-3 & feel confident in both sides of: Inside Leg Hang, Pike, Cupid, Chopper & Superman (from floor). Preferably also you put your Leg Hangs.
You should have taken some courses in Pole before, and it is recommended that you have tried Heels Pole before.
You need to have completed Sensual Pole Basic. Preferably you can invert from the floor, Crusifix & Pole Sit, & feel confident in both sides of: Front Hook Spin, Back Hook Spin & Crossed Ankle Spin.
Being able to invert up on the pole is advantageous.
For those who have completed Pole Level 4 to higher levels. Everyone gets to practice at their own level.

Are you ready to progress to more advanced skills, drops, balances and longer combos?
We use a pole that hangs from the ceiling and is loose from the floor. We will try spinning on the pole, doing different tricks, combinations & playing around!
Pole that mixes gymnastic elements & sensual Floor Work in fast, tough choreographies. We practice putting together different Flows & Choreographies while you build strength & flexibility.
Soft & flexible Flow is combined with dynamic Tricks with Combos & sensual Floor Work. Everything to the hottest club music & Rap / Trap. We work with more complex Flow, Combos / Tricks & Floor Work.
We practice Extended Butterfly, Inverted D, Handspring & Drops.
Here we work more on the Tricks you learned at Pole level 5 & develop them.
We work with dance technique, build choreography & find new dance styles. Extra focus is placed on Flow & Combinations.
We work on Deadlifts, Phoenix, Iron X & Machine Gun. Focus is placed on tricks & combinations.
We practice Spins & Combinations with the Spinny Pole.
EXPERIENCE LEVEL
Pure basic techniques, incl.smooth Cross Back Straddle inversion & straight leg inversion, 2 pull-ups, inversion climbs, body awareness for drops, being able to stay in the air for several minutes.
Prefers that you are confident in Aerial Invert (i.e. Inventory from the pole) & have previous experience with Spinny Pole. You should have completed at least Pole Level 5 to participate.
You should have trained Hard Core before & feel comfortable with: Somersaults back & front, Pirouettes / Passages on pole, Shoulder Stand against pole, Handstand / Headstand against pole, Kips with the help of pole, Inversions & Shoulder Mounts (approx. Pole Level 4 -5.
You should be comfortable with: Somersaults back & front, Pirouettes in & out, Shoulderstand against bar & free on floor, Inversions & Shoulder Mounts (approx. Level 4-5 Pole, & simpler Flips & Drops.
