During her professional training at the prestigious National Circus School of Montreal, she has been developing her skills in Chinese pole, aerial tissue, dance, flexibility and other artistic areas.

After graduating the circus school she started an international career. So far she has performed at many festivals, shows and special events in Switzerland, Spain, Germany, France and Canada.

Alba participated also in the TV show «Die Chance Deines Lebens » on RTL where she was the coach of two candidates; Last autumn you could see her performing at the GOP Varieté Theater in Essen in the “Talents Show”; She will be also performing in the TV show “Das Super Talent 2014”.

About the workshop

The main idea of the workshop is to create a link between Chinese pole and pole dance. Mixing the two arts – adding elements of acrobatics to the pole dance and elements of dance to the Chinese pole.

The workshop are a great opportunity to improve your performances and broaden your knowledge. During these classes you will be showed the typical positions, postures and acrobatics performed on the Chinese pole which you could implement into your work. You will also learn how the professional circus artists train their skills and techniques and how they use it in their work.

'Acrobatics -  flips, drops and other things'

The objective of this acrobatic workshop is to learn and develop more advanced movements on the pole. We will focus on acrobatic movements like backflips, front flips, twists, drops from flag or knee hangs – from the ground and from the pole. We will be learning all the figures slowly, step by step. This workshop is a good opportunity to improve your acrobatic skills in safe conditions.
