Try out; Poledance!
Queer edition!

A poledancing workshop by a queer for queers!

Whatever you call it; pole dance, pole fitness or pole sport, it's an effective workout for the whole body. A mixture of strength, dance and acrobatics that will amaze you with what your body is capable of. Everyone can do it. Even you who have never trained before can join! We start with warm-up, then we mix strength, technique and choreography throughout the class all while listening to the best beats by lgbtq artists!

What do I wear? Workout wear without metal accents as they can damage the pole. A short sleeved top is recommended for easier grip, but not a necessity. Hotpants with a crop top or tights with a hoodie both work perfectly for this workshop! If you tend to be cold easily, bringing a layer to take on and off is a good idea. Come as you are; dress in a way that makes you comfortable and dive into the world of artistic expression that is poledance!

What do I bring? A water bottle and a small towel to dry off the equipment after use, cleaning alcohol as well as yoga mats are provided at the studio. You can also rent a towel at the reception.

Prerequisites: No previous experience is required to participate in this workshop.
