Are you ready to engage in your sensual side in the hoop ? Do you like dancing in heels? Do you want to enjoy yourself for Valentines day?
This workshop is made for you! 

We Will learn a choreography with a few tricks (based on your level) with floorwork and a sensual flow in the hoop. 

You don’t have to be advance in aerial hoop however it is best that you have gone at least the basic course.  You must feel confortable dancing in platform heels. 

Dresscode:
Wear something that makes you feel good and sexy! 
Long pants or tights.
Platform heels.

Who is Angéle?
She has been training in aerial hoop since 2021 and in pole dance since 2022. She won two gold medals at the Swedish Championships in artistic hoop and loves combining tricks with flowy choreography.
She has now combined her passion for hoop and heels, and you can join her in the Aerial Hoop Heels class!
