Gabriella

She has a long history in the performing arts, with her main discipline being acting. She received her diploma in theatre from the London School of Dramatic Arts and has danced various styles—mainly jazz—since childhood.

The combination of these two art forms sparked her love for burlesque, a perfect medium that blends theatre, embodying the character you create, and dance.
Her journey into burlesque began in 2017 when she took classes at Layali and Burlesk Akademin. She performed for a season at the cabaret bar MELT in spring 2018. After a five-year break, her burlesque persona, under the pseudonym "The Ligaya," was revived in 2023, marking her return to the stage. Since then, her avid love for burlesque has grown and matured.

For Gabriella, burlesque is not only the art of striptease—it is an art of self-love. She encourages her students to find passion within themselves, connect with their inner flame, and create a dynamic character. It is about discovering a version of themselves they can embrace and enjoy, even if it takes courage and vulnerability to get there.
Her classes are designed to be fun, sexy, and safe—a space where students feel comfortable exploring and becoming curious about parts of themselves they did not know existed.
