Instruktör i Aerial Hoop

Igor started his aerial hoop training 2018 in Centre des Arts du Cirque- UP in Brussels, Belgium where he immediately fell in love with it.

Training in the circus center made him realize that aerial hoop is not only a sport that he like a lot but also an art form where creativity is very important in addition to physical fitness. His favorite aspect is to combine strength and elegance.

He likes to challenge himself and he believes that our bodies have a lot more possibilities than we think. It’s just a matter of our desire, right approach and love for what we do.

All these things he tries to incorporate in his classes alongside a positive atmosphere and trust between the instructor and the student.
