Her journey in aerial silks started in 2017 and it has not only been about mastering techniques but also about cultivating a sense of joy and self-expression through movement.
She's proud to be certified as a Level One Silks teacher by @aerialphysique, a program recognized by American Circus Educators, National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFFA) known for holding the highest standards in safety, technique, class etiquette, and teaching methods.
CPR and First Aid certified, she prioritizes safety in every aspect of her teaching.
