TERMS & CONDITIONS

PROVA PÅ CLASSES  /  TRIAL CLASSES
 

  • All bookings are binding!
  • Only for new customers, or for customers who have not tried the class before.
  • Maximum of 3 trial classes per person per trial week.
  • In order for the class to be for free, you need to enter the code "Gratis" when you book.
  • You must check in at the reception when you arrive for the class, so we know that you attended the class. Otherwise you will be counted as a no-show and will be charged for the class 150 sek.
  • Rebooking MUST be made no later than 24 hours before class start (cancellation no later than 48 hours before class start). Otherwise you will be charged for the class 150 sek.
  • Rebooking must be for the same trial week, you can't postpone it until the next trial week.
  • If you don't come to your class you are counted as a no-show and will be charged for the class 150 sek.
  • You make the rebooking / cancellation by emailing Bokning@Studiodq.com



DROP IN  /  INTRO TILL POLE
 

  • All bookings are binding!
  • You pay by choosing either an invoice, or to come to us and pay at the reception by card or cash.
  • Book by clicking "Boka Här" - Drop In. Fill in your details and choose a class you want to attend.
  • 10 minutes before the class starts, we will let someone else take your place if you have not checked in at the reception.
  • Rebooking MUST be made no later than 24 hours before class start (cancellation no later than 48 hours before class start). Otherwise you will be charged for the class.
  • You make the rebooking / cancellation by emailing Bokning@Studiodq.com



COURSES
 

  • All bookings are binding
  • Book yourself in by clicking on BOKA HÄR and filling in your details and choosing a course.
  • If you buy several courses, don't forget to enter your discount codes. We cannot change it afterwards or refund the fee.
  • You pay by invoice that you get automatically sent to your email when you book.
  • 10 minutes before the class starts, we will let someone else take your place if you have not checked in at the reception.
  • When the course is over, your opportunities are over, all 'missed' classes must be taken back before the end of the course.
  • If you want to rebook to another course during the same course period, email us and we will help you if there's room.



WORK SHOPS
 

  • 10 minutes before the class starts, we will let someone else take your place if you have not checked in at the reception. (you are still liable for payment).
  • All Bookings are binding. You have to pay even if you do not participate.

PAYMENTS

All our invoices for courses go by the financial company Cready and you make your payment as the invoice sais.


TAKE BACK CLASSES

If you have missed a class on a course, you can take it back during the same course period, on the classes that are on the schedule current period of the following; booty, glam out, flex, barre, acro, handstands, trial pole on Fridays or on a course that has the same level or lower level (if you do pole or aerial), or a open pole/training hour offered during that course round. We do not accept bookings by email or telephone. If you have booked a course during the next course period, you have the opportunity to take back missed classes even then.


FREEZING

Our members who can't use their course for a certain period of time due to special circumstances, can freeze their course with a certificate (medical certificate in case of injury, pregnancy or illness). The freezing must be done by email to Bokning@studiodq.com. Acceptable reasons are severe injury, illness, military service, work / studies in a place where DQ is not established, pregnancy or longer stay abroad. Certificates must be received no later than 2 weeks after notification of freezing, which must be done by email. The freeze applies from the date on the certificate (which can be maximum of 2 weeks back in time). We charge SEK 200 in administrative costs for all rebookings.

Extension of membership in case of injury, illness and pregnancy is given for at least 30 days and for a maximum of 365 days. During pregnancy, we normally freeze up to three months after the expected birth.
Extension of membership for longer stays abroad, university studies, work or military service in a place where DQ can't offer access to a training center is given with at least 90 days and a maximum of 365 days and applies from the date on the certificate.


AGE LIMIT

We welcome students from 9 years to our youth and teen aerial courses and from 16 years (to our other courses), all students under 18 years must have a parent's signature at the first course. Email us for information at Studio@studiodq.com

COURSES

The classes are instructed by trained PT, aerobics and Dancing Queen certified instructors. It guarantees quality and safety. However, all training takes place at your own risk.

1. Personal Information Studio DQ does not save any information. We use the booking system Agendo that meets all regulatory requirements. SDQ's newsletter must be subscribed to separately and only the name and email address are saved by mailchimp's register.

2. Participants All training takes place at your own risk and the participant should be at least 18 years old. If you are younger a parent's approval must be included. You can download a form for this on the site or email us at Bokning@studiodq.com

3. Booking All Bookings are binding.

4. Payment terms Payment is made by the invoice that you receive by email when you register for a course. Invoice cost is 25 sek.

5.1. Missed classes / Missed course
By booking, the participant is promised the classes that the course includes. If the participant for personal reasons miss one or more of their classes, It's offered to take back 2 of these, subject to availability. Missed classes cannot be moved to another course round. Please note that the course continues and the participant is liable for payment regardless of whether they participate or not.

5.2. Missed Camp / Missed education / Missed work shop
By booking, the participant is promised the classes that the camp, education or workshop includes. If the participant for personal reasons miss one or more of their classes, it's up to the participant. Please note that the camp, training or workshop continues and the participant is liable for payment regardless of whether they participate or not.

6. If you regret a booking
Unfortunately, we do not refund booked courses, but it's possible to change to another course during the same course round, we have a free exchange right within 14 days from the order date. The price of the course you've already booked applies. If you want to move to a course with a higher price you can put the price in between. Unfortunately, it's not possible to change course if you return to us after the course has started or been completed. By accepting our terms of purchase, you waive the right of withdrawal under the Distance and Home Sales Act (distans- och hemförsäljningslagen).

PRODUCTS

1. Personal Information according to PUL In order to administer the customer's order, Studio DQ receives and stores information about the customer. The customer can always refuse further information and / or request to be removed from the customer register.

2. Payment terms Payment is made online through PayPal or Payson when booking. By agreement, payment can be made by BankGiro or invoice. Contact us for partial payment or invoice.

3. Complaints Complaints are only accepted in the following case: If the product has been damaged before it arrived to the customer. Email us photographs of the product and we will replace it with a new one. Feel free to contact us for questions!

When booking, you enter into an agreement directly with the person performing the service. In accordance with the Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen 1998:204), you are informed that the Information you provide when booking processing will be treated confidentially for the purpose so that your customer relationship with us will function satisfactorily regarding the service you book with us. According to the law, you have the right, upon written application once a year, to be informed of what information about you is registered. You also have the right to request rectification of such Information. If you do not want your personal Information to be registered, you should not use our booking service. When you provide personal Information about yourself in connection with booking, you give consent in accordance with the Personal Data Act (Personuppgiftslagen 1998:204).
