Flying in Heels

Get ready to fly high with your heels in the air! This basic level aerial hoop workshop is designed to take your heels from the pole to the hoop. For 90 minutes we will go through basic shapes, tricks and techniques in the hoop and finish off with a sensual choreography.

For who?
Heel pole dancers with no prior aerial hoop experience. It is required that you can both walk and stand in your heels safely.

What do I wear?
I recommend first time students to wear tights and a shirt that covers the lower back to get used to the pressure of the hoop before using bare skin.
Bring layers to adjust to your preference during the class.
The class is adapted to be done with high heels as well as barefoot.
Kneepads are not required but are recommended for students with sensitive knees.
