Glam Heels Pole är en kurs för dig som gillar uttrycksfull och flirtig dansstil. Under kursen dansar vi långa sekvenser koreograferade till populär scenmusik: tex Beyoncé, Pussycat Dolls och Britney. Vi kommer jobba på snurrar och längre flows, samt fokus på heels teknik under varje klass.

För att delta i kursen måste du ha avslutat minst Pole nivå 1. Knäskydd och klackar är ett måste.

Glam Heels Pole is a course for you if you like expressive and flirty pole dance style. During each class we focus on spins, flow and heels technique. At the course we dance long sequences choreographed to popular stage music like Beyoncé, Pussycat Dolls, Britney. 

To participate in the course you have to have finished at least Pole level 1. Kneepads and heels is a must.
