Ballet Strength
Under våra ballet strength klasser får du jobba igenom kroppen med fokus på mage och ben. Med övningar från ballet världen tränar ni ienom serier av positioner som stärker . Med en blandning av balanspositioner, rotationer, framåtfällningar, bröstöppnare och inversioner låter vi kroppens muskler arbeta på djupet.

With a mixture of balance positions, rotations, forward folds, chest openers and inversions, we let the body's muscles work in depth.
