Sara has studied and trained aerial arts for 10 years. Aerial silks is her specialty but she also enjoys lyra, pole, sling, and all other forms of movement including grounded forms such as dance and yoga.

She is originally from Texas and recently moved to Sweden. She has taught yoga, silks, sling, lyra, and pole classes in her hometown of Austin since 2015.

Sara enjoys working with students of all levels and abilities, and likes to incorporate her yoga teacher training into her classes. She's had the privilege of learning from many well-known aerial and pole instructors such as Dara Minkin (aka Aerial Design), Marlo Fiskin, Jenn Bruyer, and more.
