WORKSHOP - HEEL'BATICS

Do you love acrobatic elements at the base of the pole? This class combines pole dance and essential acrobatic and gymnastic elements. Tati will work with you on a range of foundational acrobatic moves, including variations of shoulder-, elbow-, handstand, fish flop, cartwheels and more. We will use these moves on and around the pole.

Who is the Workshop suitable for? For dancers who are confident in shoulderstand and can do an invert from the floor.

Wear sandals or Boots. Can be done without heels too.

 

WORKSHOP - SLINK & SLITHER HEEL'OGRAPHY

Do you envy the sensual grace & fluidity of the Slinky Heels Pole style? Would you love to mesmerize with your seamless flow, hypnotizing leg waves & beautiful heelwork? In this choreography workshop, you will dive into the old-school heel style's foundational techniques and movement characteristics. Let's slinky together.

Who is the Workshop suitable for? Suitable for those with foundational experience dancing in heels.

Heels 7- or 8-inch Sandals recommended. Can be done mostly without heels too. Bring kneepads.

 

WORKSHOP - EDGY ESSENTIALS

Mesmerized by the edgy heels style, but don’t know where to start? In this workshop, you will get a first taste of the edgework technique and maybe feel like you "will break the rules". First, in the edgework style, you will use all the edges of your heels in your dance and be shown different drills to nail your edgy heelwork. The central part of this workshop will be the techniques, which involve awareness of weight transfers, upper body strength and engagement, and some more specific key elements, which Tati will share with you during the workshop.

Who is the workshop suitable for? This workshop is ideal for dancers with 6+ months of heels experiences and being curious about the edgy heel's style.

Heels: 7- or 8-inch Sandals recommended.
