Get your perfect grip!

To do a pole dance or aeral silk you should have a strong grip. Here are 5 easy tips on how to get better grip!
1. Train your grip every class by climbing up and down for at least 10 minutes. Good excersise for that is a birds nest in the air
2. Train your grip at home. Squeeze a stress ball or tennis ball. It is also nice to do that on the way to training
3. Warm up your fingers before training!
4. Keep nails short and loose the jewelry
5. Don't use any cream or spray on hands before the training.
