Sweet Dreams for Better Performance

You're taking classes, focusing on stretching, doing all the extra recommended strength exercises from your teacher, and diligently filling in your OP cards every week- but are you still neglecting a very important aspect of training?

The key ingredient you might be missing involves doing nothing at all- getting enough sleep!

Did you know that after only 4 days of decreased sleep you reduce your strength capacity by a whopping 25%? If you have ever come to class after a stressful week of late nights and felt like you could barely climb up the pole, you aren't imagining things. So be sure that you are balancing out your training with enough rest and sleep to recover. Get to bed early this week and wake up ready to attack some new pole goals on 100% strength!
