Staying Active During Winter

With the recent time change, it's official- winter is here! As the days get shorter, darker, and colder, the best thing you can do to keep your spirits up is to stay active.

During the winter, set longer term goals that you might have been putting off. Since everyone else is hibernating in Stockholm, you won't have the distractions of social events to keep you from coming to the studio, putting in some extra time during OP, and pushing towards new goals. 

What do you want to be able to do once spring comes back around? Put your mind to it this winter, come do the work with us, and enjoy the progress you'll see once the sun comes back out!
